Ages 4 - 11
A fun and imaginative day of Lego photography! Children will create their own scenes and characters before capturing them through the lens to build their very own comic book story to take home.
✨📸 Wednesday 27th May: Magic Light Lab
Ages 4 – 11
An exciting day experimenting with light and movement! Children will explore techniques like painting with light, ICM (intentional camera movement), and learn how to take the perfect portrait, creating a series of striking and creative images. They will create their own magic light flip books they will leave feeling super proud of!

The camp is designed for children aged 5–8 years (KS1) who love to explore, create, and have fun. No photography experience is needed – we start with the basics.

A packed lunch and water bottle
Comfortable clothes suitable for crafts and outdoor activities
Sun hat/raincoat depending on the weather
All cameras, materials, and equipment are provided.

No – we provide child-friendly cameras for every child to use during camp. If your child has their own camera, they’re welcome to bring it, but it’s not required.

Drop-off: 9:00am
Pick-up: 3:00pm
Please collect by 3:10pm.

We keep groups small (around 15–20 children) so everyone gets attention and support.

Photo Explorers is led by Harriet Rock, an experienced facilitator who works with children through creativity and mindfulness. Harriet and her assistant are DBS-checked, first aid trained, and safeguarding certified.

Yes – safety is our top priority.
Staff are DBS checked and trained in safeguarding
At least one staff member is first-aid trained
Adult/child ratios are kept low for proper supervision

Yes! Each child will bring home:
Their own creative crafts (collages, photo frames, masks, etc.)
Printed photos and a mini photo album
A certificate of achievement at the end of the week

Please get in touch before booking to discuss your child’s needs. We will always do our best to provide support and make the camp inclusive.

We recommend booking for the full week so children can get the most out of the programme. However, if your child needs to miss a day, they are still welcome for the rest of the week.
